Site Coordinator’s Letter

We’re looking forward to another successful JSAP afterschool program year! This letter provides guidance on attendance, compliance, and evaluation requirements. Specific dates, instruction, and links will be updated Fall 2023.

ATTENDANCE 

Please remind teachers to enter attendance data daily, using only ‘P’ for present or “A” for absent, using this link. Please also remind them to not enter data in the red columns or recalculate any formulas.

COMPLIANCE 

The following items are due back to me via email, mseamon@seamoncorporation.comby (TBD). When sending the needed documentation back to me, please name each file using the Element # and Element Title as noted in the left columns of chart below. The chart will be updated with what is to be submitted in Fall 2023.

EVALUATION 

Please use the links below throughout the Fall 2023 session to submit the required documentation:

Student Data (Demographics + Assessments)  – Please populate student data within 2 weeks of program start date, and complete pre/post assessment data as administered.

Please make every effort to work with the staff to complete a pre and post- test for each student enrolled.  It is important to monitor this process closely.  The data is required for reporting to MSDE, hopefully demonstrating academic gains.

Surveys should be distributed at least 2 weeks before the session ends.  Please work with your staff to help facilitate this process – – completion targets are as follows:

  • Parent Survey  – 75%
  • Staff Survey – 100%
  • Coordinator’s Survey  – 100%
  • Student End of Session Survey  – 90%
